Service- Service is restricted to in-home support during normal business hours.
Scheduling- You will have standard scheduling. This means that anyone with an Essentials+, Proactive or Concierge membership will have priority scheduling over you. You can typically expect to be scheduled within 5-10 business days, however, this is not guaranteed.
Remote Support- No remote support will be provided to limited members.
