President

Michael Barry got involved in the audio video industry after serving in the U.S. Navy. 35 years later, he has been involved in almost every aspect of the industry and has worked with some of the best-known industry leaders. Mike started his career in retail sales, climbed the industry ladder, and is now the owner of a successful integration company focusing on top quality. Mike's most recent entrepreneurial endeavor was co-founding The Finest Brands, a rep firm that allows integrators to elevate their business and increase their revenue. Mike is a supporter of CEDIA and wants to find ways to ensure the stability of the audio video industry.

MARY KAYE

C.E.O.

A 30-year veteran of the business world, Mary Kaye has been with Millennium for 15 years. She is an advocate of customer satisfaction and demands perfection from her employees. Mary Kaye is the glue that holds our Millennium Systems Design family together. She is a member of CEDIA, Home Technology Association, and Azione Buying Group,   

Prior to her current role as CEO, Mary Kaye was an executive in the insurance industry for 20 years and was able to bring the business efficiency methods required of that fast-paced world into the smaller office of a technology company.   Creating efficient and cost-effective business practices and helping to create a successful integration company that just celebrated 20 years.

Throughout her time in her chosen profession, she has become extremely respected for her knowledge of not only the business aspect and the personnel relations but also the often- changing technologies that are essential in our industry.  

Taylor

General Manager

Taylor has been working for MSD for almost 10 years but has spent his whole life in the AV industry. He is proud to work alongside his dad and help to grow the business that he worked so hard to start. Taylor started as a technician assistant and has moved through almost all roles in the business. He treats every job as if it were his own home and client satisfaction is his main priority. In his free time Taylor enjoys traveling, golfing and spending time with his children.

David

Director of Operations

David has been excelling in our industry for 15+ years. David is certified in Networking, ELAN, Control4, Josh.AI, Crestron, URC, Lutron, Vantage, Pakedge, Arakins, Luxul, Ruckus ICX, and many others. He, also, is a CEDIA Certified Electornic Systems Networking Specialist (ESC-N) and is currently working as the Lead System Designer for Millennium Systems Design. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, playing a round of golf, or just relaxing.

Brannon

Sales

Brannon is a 20+ year veteran in our industry with certifications in URC, Lutron, Elan, RTI, Crestron, to name a few. He also is CEDIA Certified and is currently working in a hybrid Sales and Installation role for Millennium Systems Design. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, biking, surfing, just about anything outdoors. 

Dallas

Sales

Dallas is an Orlando native, and has been selling technology solutions in Central Florida since 2013. After receiving a bachelor's degree in Communications from Rollins College he began his professional journey in commercial construction, specifically pertaining to low voltage and integrated systems. His passions lie in relationship building, consulting and solving problems people don't even know they have. When he's not working he is usually at the beach, playing with his dog, or doing some kind of outdoor activity.

Stephen d.

Sales

Stephen has worked in this industry for over 25 years. His journey began as a prewire guy, and through dedication and hard work, he advanced to lead tech, eventually owning his own company. Currently, he is involved in sales for Daisy.
His passion for 2 channel audio systems is immense, but he also take great pride in the home theaters we design and install. Witnessing the industry evolve over the years has been a rewarding experience, and he feels fortunate to have grown alongside it.
Building strong relationships with his clients is a cornerstone of his approach. He strives to be the trustworthy “guy” when it comes to implementing new systems into their homes. His goal is to offer reliability and expertise, ensuring that each client feels confident and satisfied with the solutions we provide.
Throughout the years, he has gained a wealth of knowledge across various aspects of the industry. This extensive experience allows him to understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored advice and services. From initial concepts to final installations, he is committed to delivering high-quality results that enhance the enjoyment and functionality of home audio and theater systems.

Cody

Designer

Cody is new to Orlando recently moving here from Chicago, Illinois. He has 10 years of experience in the low voltage industry getting his start in satellite and security and eventually moving into home theater which he has a true passion for. He is certified in Control 4, Lurton, Savant and ISF and is always looking to learn more about our industry. When he is not working he enjoys spending time at home with his family and dogs, or enjoys spending time at the local theme parks. 

Mike L.

Designer

Mike brings over 31 years of experience in our industry. He is knowledgeable in structured wiring, security systems, home automation, and audio-video systems, among other areas. With 21 years as a low-voltage electrician in his hometown of Chicago, he has extensive experience in commercial spaces, including data centers, hospitality, and office environments.

As our Prewire Manager, Mike leads our Prewire Team, oversees permit pulling, reviews jobs, takes photos, and handles countless other tasks. Additionally, as one of our new designers, he is quickly becoming proficient and is responsible for most of our drawings. He is OSHA 30 certified and holds multiple certifications in structured wiring platforms, giving him a strong understanding of all relevant codes and standards.

In his free time, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, and relaxing.

jason

Project Manager

Jason has nearly 25 years experience in the industry. The past 4+ years have been dedicated to project management. He has several certifications in this discipline and continues to educate himself. He enjoys seeing a project develop and the challenges it brings. He is dedicated to quality, efficiency and craftsmanship. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, sporting events and concerts.

FRANKIE

Technician Supervisor

Frankie has been in love with technology since he was in his teens. Growing up in a family filled with musicians Frankie has always had a love for audio. He started doing computer repair at the age of 13 and when he was 18 he received his first MECP certification (Mobile Electronics Certified Professional) installing audio, video and security in automobiles. Later Frankie went to school for audio engineering and recording arts. He worked for Universal Studios after graduating before he came to Millennium Systems Design. He loves our industry and continues to educate himself in all areas of the field. Frankie is a Control4 certified and network certified technician. His favorite part of being a technician at Millennium Systems Design is making peoples homes a more enjoyable for them.

Austin

Technician

Austin joined the AV industry with MSD at the end of 2020, but is no stranger to audio systems. He is HAA Level I & II certified and strives to extract the best performance from two channel HiFi and home theater systems. Austin enjoys designing, installing and calibrating home theaters as well as sitting down for a proper music listening session.

Danny

Technician

Daniel, a native Floridian, has dedicated over 10+ years to the audiovisual industry. During this tenure, he collaborated closely with Millennium Systems before joining their team in early 2024. Daniel has acquired the necessary prerequisite certifications for Vantage, Savant, and Control4 Systems. He is an avid learner, consistently seeking out new and challenging skills to enhance his expertise. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, engaging in golf, and riding his motorcycle.

EDWIN

Technician

Edwin has been in the AV industry for 5+ and is enjoying the industry.  He is certified as a Control4 installer and programmer and is constantly completing more trainings to better himself.  In his free time he lIkes to be with family and do activities together like watching movies at home or running his jetski on the lake or the beach.

Matt

Technician

Matt has over 11 years of experience in the telecommunications and tech industry. He spent 8 years at Spectrum, where he honed his skills and knowledge before joining Millennium almost 3 years ago. Starting in prewire, Matt's dedication and expertise allowed him to work his way up to the role of technician, consistently demonstrating strong leadership and technical acumen. Recently, Matt earned his certification in Control4, further expanding his skill set and passion for learning new systems.
Growing up as an Army brat, Matt had the unique experience of living in various places before settling in Florida in 1999, where he would eventually build his career. Outside of work, Matt is passionate about spending quality time with his son. He enjoys coaching and supporting him in travel ball, as well as being on the river and playing golf with colleagues at the office. Matt's commitment to family, sports, and continuous learning reflects his well-rounded approach to both work and life.

Technician

Memo has completed various theater rooms from start to finish leaving customers speechless and more importantly, happy and excited for their new system. Memo’s favorite experience at MSD was last year when he attended CEDIA in Colorado and got to learn more about all of our most commonly used brands new releases and make sure they hold up to their name and quality. Guillermo has completed Control 4 associate trainings, Araknis Network Certified, Elan Programming and still loves learning and completes new trainings regularly. Memo describes himself as a friendly person, who enjoys fishing, exercising, bike rides and good old walks in the park. Spending time with family and friends is always a key factor for him.

TIM

Service Manager

Tim, ESII, has over 20 years of low voltage installation experience. He has Elan, Lite Touch, Lutron and Niles factory certifications. He joined Millennium Systems Design in 2010 as a lead technician and is CEDIA certified level 3. When he isn't working, Tim enjoys hunting and other outdoor activities. He also spends his free time working on this truck and completing home improvement projects.

Justin

Service Coordinator

Justin came from a position where he had experience managing a team and scheduling employees so he has adjusted extremely well to his new position. In his off time Justin enjoys being around friends and watching sports. Although he enjoys all sports, his favorite is college football. When he isn’t watching sports he enjoys playing them, his favorite way to participate is to play a round of golf on the weekend.

Pedro

Prewire Technician

Pedro is a dedicated Lead Prewire Technician with over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry. Previously an expert high-voltage electrician, he has honed his skills and knowledge in low-volt structured wiring, contributing to various projects with a strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit. Known for his approachable nature, Pedro balances his professional commitment with a passion for beach life and cruises alongside his wife, enjoying quality time together. His blend of expertise and personable demeanor makes him a valued member of our team.

Ricardo

Prewire Technician

Ricky is an enthusiastic and aspiring future Lead Prewire Technician with 3+ years in our industry who is always excited to tackle any job, whether it’s big or small! With his incredible work ethic and friendly personality, he makes handling tasks look effortless. When he's not working, you might catch Ricky enjoying some time in Puerto Rico, visiting family. This shows just how much he values both his career and personal life. His hard work, coupled with his warm and approachable nature, truly makes him an amazing team member.
