CONSULTATION
Some jobs require a site survey and a consultation with the client in order for us to determine our course of action. We talk meet with the client to determine what their needs and wants are so that we can provide a custom solution tailored to each individual client.
PRESENTATION
When we have designed a custom solution for the client we present it in the form of a proposal and scope of work. Depending on the size of the project this is done via email or at a face to face meeting in our design center. The client has the opportunity to review options and details of the project and once we have a final plan of action we can start the work.
INSTALLATION
Our team of seasoned technicians will complete the project at your home or business once all product arrives and all necessary permits are pulled. This phase can last hours, weeks or months depending on the size of the job.
SERVICE & SUPPORT
When installation is finished we will make sure that you are comfortable using your new system and train you on the equipment. Just like a car, the technology in your home needs to be taken care of and maintained in order to keep performing at the highest caliber. We offer service options to keep your system running smoothly and we are always here for support whenever you may need it.
