Membership Details

Service Rate – Discounted service rate of $0/hr for standard service.

After Hours Service Rate – Discounted service rate of $200/hr for after-hours service.

Remote Support – Remote support is provided at no cost as part of this membership. Our team can diagnose and address system issues without requiring an on-site visit. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, it will be escalated and scheduled for on-site service as needed.

Service Scheduling – Priority scheduling is included, with service available same or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Loaner Equipment – Loaner equipment is provided at no additional cost, based on availability, to ensure minimal disruption while your system is being serviced.

Service Provider Authorization – We are authorized to communicate and coordinate directly with your service providers on your behalf. This includes unlimited time per incident to resolve issues efficiently.

Theater / Media Room Calibration – This membership includes one calibration per year for a theater or media room of your choice. Service is capped at 1 hour and performed by a technician.

Pre-Arrival Checks – Up to four pre-arrival system checks per year are included to proactively identify and address potential issues before scheduled visits.

Alarm Monitoring – Alarm monitoring services are included at no additional cost as part of this membership.

System Transition Eligibility – Your system is eligible for transition services if needed.

Membership Cost – $5,500 per year or $500 per month.

DaisyCare – Included as part of this membership.
