Membership DETAILS:

Discounted Service Rate: Our Concierge members receive a discounted service rate of $125/HR for standard service and $175/HR for after hour service.

Pre Arrival / Pre Event On Site System Checks: On site check for technology systems. If components are found nonfunctional or systems are found in poor operational health a proposal will be generated and presented for approval to the client for expedited installation prior to arrival. Pre arrival checks should be scheduled 2 weeks prior to returning / event to allow time to complete this process in time for the event or client arrival.

Remote Monitoring: Remotely monitoring and evaluating the network and communication status of supported network enabled devices. Most any device that connects to the network via wired or wireless communication can be monitored using our services. If a device stops communicating an automated alert is sent to the MSD staff and we will contact you to ensure your system is working properly. If device(s) is not working properly, issue will be escalated and scheduled to on-site support and hourly rate is billed accordingly. This remote service will not be billed to the client who are a part of this membership. Troubleshooting over the phone with client could incur additional charges

Unlimited Remote Support: We will provide unlimited remote support for your system during normal business hours.

Priority Scheduling: We guarantee that we will be able to service your system within 24 hours of receiving your call (excluding weekends and holidays).

Annual Cleaning & Inspection: Once a year we will come out, completely free of charge, and clean and inspect your system. This will be capped at 1 hour of service per visit and will be only a cleaning and inspection, led by our technician.

System Health Check As Needed: We will be assessing the overall health of your system and ensure proper internet speeds are being maintained, devices are not going offline and that no equipment has failed.

Included Alarm Monitoring: We include our alarm monitoring service with this package complimentary to our Concierge members. This includes the option for dual path monitoring. (client must purchase cellular backup device separately if they opt to subscribe to that service)

Service Provider Authorization: This allows us to communicate, make decisions and meet with your cable/internet provider on your behalf.

Party Attendant Discounted Rate (Excludes Holidays): As a concierge member you receive a discounted rate for our party attendant service. As party attendants we arrive before your party or event to get all equipment up and running and we happily stay during the event to run the system for you. *Inquire for pricing and services*

Theater / Media Room Calibration: This membership includes 1 calibration of a room of your choice per year. This calibration is capped at 1 hour and will be technician led.

Loaner Equipment: If equipment in your home is no longer functional, MSD will provide a like product during the repair or replacement process. This is subject to availability, and not all repairs/replacements will have a loaner option.
