Membership Details
Service Rate – Standard service is billed at a rate of $130/hr.
After Hours Service Rate – After-hours service is billed at a rate of $300/hr.
Remote Support – Remote support is provided at no cost as part of this membership. Our team can diagnose and address system issues without requiring an on-site visit. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, it will be escalated and scheduled for on-site service as needed.
Service Scheduling – Service requests are scheduled within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Loaner Equipment – Loaner equipment is provided at no additional cost, based on availability, to help minimize downtime during service.
Service Provider Authorization – We are authorized to communicate and coordinate with your service providers on your behalf. This includes up to 1 hour per incident for issue resolution.
Theater / Media Room Calibration – This service is not included with this membership.
Pre-Arrival Checks – This service is not included with this membership.
Alarm Monitoring – Alarm monitoring services are included at no additional cost as part of this membership.
System Transition Eligibility – Your system is eligible for transition services if needed.
Membership Cost – $2,750 per year or $250 per month.
DaisyCare – Included as part of this membership.
