IF I AM NOT A CURRENT MSD CLIENT CAN I STILL ENROLL IN A CLIENT CARE PLAN?

Yes! Anyone is welcome to join. If you are not a current MSD client we will do a one time system analysis before completing your enrollment. If you are a current MSD client (we have installed or serviced your system within the last two years, no system analysis is required.

WHAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL MY PLAN?

  1. Cancellation within 30 Days.

    1. The purchaser may cancel the plan and obtain a refund in the amount paid for the plan if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the date of purchase of the plan as long as no membership discounts or services have been provided. The purchaser may also cancel a yearly plan and obtain a refund in the amount paid for the renewal term if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the renewal date. At our discretion, we may deduct from any refund the value of membership discounts or services already provided.

  2. Cancellation after 30 Days.

  1.  Monthly Plan. If the purchaser cancels a monthly plan at any time after the first 30 days, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the monthly billing period that has already been charged. The cancellation will prevent the purchaser from being charged for any further monthly billing periods.

  2.  Yearly Plan. If the purchaser cancels a yearly plan at any time after the first 30 days, we will issue the purchaser a refund for any full months remaining under the then unexpired term only if no membership discounts or services have been provided.

CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Your new contract will start at the time of the upgrade.

WHY DO ALL CURRENT MSD CLIENTS HAVE TO BE ENROLLED IN A MAINTENANCE PLAN?

All current MSD clients must have a membership plan selected for their account so that we can service our clients appropriately. We offer a no cost plan that is perfect for clients who are not looking to invest in the health of their system.
